Accessories
Can I change the hardware attachments on my accessories?
Yes you can! Simply note in the remarks or fill in a formwhen carting the item. Or, you could simply drop us an email for a fully customized order!
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes we do! However, it depends on our material availability. Also do keep in mind the processing time needed for your bulk order. Drop us an email or whatsapp to discuss your order requirements!
What materials are the hardware?
Ear studs, earrings and ear hoops, etc. (those that come into contact with our skin), are mainly made of stainless steel. A portion are made of plastic (great for kids and gifts!), and a very small number is made of brass. Materials are always stated in the item description, so do read carefully!
Are your hardware hypoallergic?
Everyone has different skin types. We try our best to accommodate to all skin types by using stainless steel for most of our accessories. We do provide 925 silver for an additional charge if stainless steel is a problem for you. If you’re getting a gift and do not know if they will be sensitive to stainless steel, we do have designs made with plastic studs! They are the safest choice, especially for kids! With plastic studs, you can swim, sleep and shower in them, really convenient!
Crochets
Can I machine wash the crochets?
For certain yarns you could, but we would recommend against it. You could wash your crochet by squeezing gently in mild soapy cool water. Do not twist or wring your crochets. Lay flat on a surface to air dry. Do not hang your crochets to dry as it may stretch and ruin its shape.
Can I customize the crochets?
Of course you can! For any customized orders like colour or style, feel free to drop us an email or Whatsapp. We have made crochets lookalike of pets before! 😀
What materials are used in your crochets?
Cotton and acrylic yarns. We use polyester fillings together with scrap yarns. Our crochet knots are tight so no fillings can ever get out! Eyes are mostly plastic safety eyes with no glue otherwise embroided.
